[Remote] Customer Service Export Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hitachi Energy is seeking a Customer Service Export Specialist to be a vital part of their global operations. In this role, you will work closely with international customers and support Marketing and Field Sales teams to deliver solutions for foreign contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics
- Invoice customers in accordance with INCO terms
- Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment
- Expedite documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance
- Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism
- SAP experience is a plus
