[Remote] Regional Account Manager (Greenbrook)

They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to establish long-term relationships with key healthcare providers and drive center performance in the DMV territory. The role involves relationship management, strategic planning, and sales execution to exceed territory goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers
- Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans that align with global marketing strategies
- Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the complete sales cycle to exceed territory goals
- Provide timely updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to evaluate strategic development
- Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail
- Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct
Skills
- 2–3 years of successful full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales
- Strong computer skills and the ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information
- Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; Reliable personal transportation is required
- Must be willing to travel regionally up to 80% of the time
- Residence in Northern Virginia is required
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Previous experience generating large referral networks in the behavioral/mental health and psychiatry space
- Knowledge or prior experience with TMS devices
