They are seeking a Sales + Account Manager to develop partnerships with organizations and wellness brands, guiding opportunities through the sales process and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with organizations and wellness brands
- Lead thoughtful, relationship-based sales conversations with aligned decision-makers
- Guide opportunities from outreach through close
- Support partner onboarding and help create a strong, aligned first experience
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead on partnership strategy, messaging, and activation
- Collaborate with leadership on business development priorities and growth strategy
- Help build a focused sales process with visibility, reporting, and follow-through
- Represent SHiFT with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
Skills
- Experienced in partnerships, business development, or relationship-based sales
- A strong communicator who is warm, grounded, persuasive, and people-oriented
- Excited by outreach, relationship building, and closing aligned opportunities
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Personally connected to personal growth, healing, wellness, or mental health
- A background in psychology, mental health, coaching, or wellness
- A genuine love of personal growth and experience as a consumer of wellness practices or services
- An existing network in wellness, brand partnerships, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing or brand teams
