[Remote] Account Manager | EHR & RCM SaaS
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Eighty Collective is a health-tech company that provides a cloud-native EHR and RCM platform for post-acute care physician groups. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage a significant book of business, identify upsell opportunities, and enhance customer experience in the healthcare IT sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business worth $10-15M ARR across 10-12 accounts
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
- Run consultative discovery to uncover white space and expansion paths
- Deliver product demos and pull in technical support when needed
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBR's) with practice owners, CFOs, and Chief Medical Officers
- Hit quota in a hunter-style account management role focused on growth
Skills
- Managed accounts in EHR, RCM, or health-tech with consistent retention and growth
- Quota-carrying experience (up-sell, cross-sell) in account management or transition from sales to CSM or AM
- Experience managing physician groups/medical practices, navigating practice owner, CFO, or Chief Medical Officer buyer personas
- Comfortable managing a $10-15M ARR book and identifying expansion opportunities
- Low-ego, consultative approach credible with healthcare buyers
- LTPAC background working with provider groups (not facilities)
- HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
