[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Impact Kids Miami is a company dedicated to providing safe and meaningful enrichment programs for students. They are seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee and support a large regional account with multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a large regional account with multiple locations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account related communication and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and corporate partners
- Support vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locations
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sites
- Collaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reporting
- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutions
- Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times
- Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values at all times and adhere to all company policies

Skills
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing large accounts, multiple locations, or working with corporate partners
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
- Highly responsive and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a complex account structure
- Positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Bachelor's degree
