[Remote] Contract Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vacaré Group is a Boston based consulting firm that partners with clients to enhance their recruiting processes and improve candidate experiences. They are hiring a Contract Recruiter to support a Canadian client by sourcing and screening bilingual (French/English) candidates for technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruiting services to clients
- Source and screen qualified candidates (French/English) for open requisitions (with a focus on passive candidates/direct sourcing)
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience before, during, and at the conclusion of the interview process
- Complete candidate assessments/screens to present to clients within company standards
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, recruiters, business leaders, and operations team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation on all candidate and client interactions
- Additional tasks as required
Skills
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment (technical recruiting experience preferred)
- Written and spoken fluency in French and in English
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for challenging to fill positions
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to track and manage data and workflows
- Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity
- Strong aptitude to learn new technologies
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Technical recruiting experience
