[Remote] Talent Manager - Social Media Creators
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Status MGMT is seeking a driven and digitally savvy Talent Manager to help grow the careers of social media creators. In this role, you will manage relationships with a roster of creators, pitch brand partnerships, negotiate deals, and stay updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with your own roster of social media creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Identify and pitch brand and music partnerships
- Negotiate deals, contracts, and collaboration agreements
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry news
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams as needed
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator relations, or sales
- Strong understanding of the social media creator landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with doing lots of outreach to creators and brands
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in a commission-based environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Existing network of creator or brand contacts
