[Remote] Loftware Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bayforce is seeking a Senior Loftware Consultant to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement services for an enterprise labeling environment. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting label development, maintaining integrations, and recommending improvements to existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of Loftware labeling solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, printing, label design, and integration issues
• Configure, modify, and maintain label templates and business rules
• Support upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system maintenance activities
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement label changes
• Assist with printer connectivity, print server, and enterprise labeling workflows
• Analyze root causes of production issues and implement long-term solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
• Collaborate with ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, and infrastructure teams as needed
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, system optimization, and best practices

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Loftware solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong experience with Loftware administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting label development, maintenance, and production support activities
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Loftware Spectrum and/or Loftware Cloud
• Experience integrating Loftware with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms
• Manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, life sciences, or retail industry experience
• Experience with Zebra or other enterprise printing technologies
• Exposure to barcode, RFID, and regulatory labeling requirements
• Prior experience serving as a Loftware SME, lead consultant, or solution architect
