[Remote] AI Engineering Apprentice - Career-Change Program (No Tech Background Required)

Bletchley Fellowship is offering an 18-month AI Engineering Apprenticeship in partnership with Flatiron School, designed for individuals looking to transition into tech careers without prior tech experience. The program combines structured learning in software engineering and AI with real paid work, providing participants the opportunity to earn while they learn and gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Train in software engineering and AI
• Get matched with an employer partner starting in Month 5
• Earn enough through the paid apprenticeship to fully cover the cost of tuition
• Work on production systems with employer partners
• Progress through a rigorous curriculum focused on AI/ML and Data Science
• Gain experience with agile workflows, sprint-based development, code reviews, and team collaboration

Skills

• 2+ years of work experience in any field
• Availability for 40 hrs/week for 18 months
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S. (we're unable to sponsor visas or accommodate transfers)
• Must pass Flatiron's Aptitude Assessment (no coding required) and Behavioral Interview
