[Remote] FIELD AND EVENT MARKETING MANAGER
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cella is partnering with a cutting-edge global technology corporation to find a strategic Field and Event Marketing Manager to lead their North American expansion. The role requires a blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on event execution, serving as the regional marketing anchor in North America while collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-intensity alignment meetings with Europe-based design, content, and executive teams to sync on cross-functional marketing priorities before overseas colleagues go offline
- Drive US-focused operations, including sales leadership alignment, regional project management, and heavy administrative logistics (handling briefs, campaign tracking, and documentation)
- Plan, organize, and execute large-scale regional trade shows, corporate partner events, virtual webinars, and localized roadshows. Travel up to 2x per month for venue scouting, agenda building, and on-site execution
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional Sales and BDR leadership. Leverage strong emotional intelligence to pivot complex technical ideas into high-volume, viable marketing tactics that drive pipeline
- Develop and manage joint marketing strategies with industry partners, influencers, and alliances. Collaborate with Customer Success to source high-impact customer stories, case studies, and advocacy content
- Oversee online store inventory, marketing collateral shipments, and regional event budgets. Ensure strict alignment with CRM and marketing automation platforms for accurate lead capture and campaign ROI attribution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Field, Event, or Regional Marketing, ideally within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
- Documented success leading, organizing, and executing high-volume B2B trade shows and field programs (not just selling or attending them)
- Standard to advanced proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint)
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a proven ability to 'stand up' to and collaborate with engineering-dominated sales teams
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of flawless crisis management
- Ability to travel up to 2x per month for regional events
- Strict residency within the EST or CST time zones to accommodate mandatory morning meetings with international stakeholders
- Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), Manufacturing, or Digital Twin industries is highly desirable
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Monday.com, or Miro is preferred
