[Remote] Traveling Mechanical Asst Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a motivated Traveling Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects. This role involves assisting Project Managers in delivering complex HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Support PMs on large commercial mechanical projects
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Support procurement and change order processes
- Assist with jobsite coordination and reporting
Skills
- Mechanical construction experience on large commercial projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
