[Remote] Enterprise Account Manager – Application Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is a company focused on driving new business opportunities and revenue growth in targeted industries. The Enterprise Account Manager – Application Development will be responsible for building relationships with clients and Microsoft account teams while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographies
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and account penetration strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecast discipline
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close opportunities, ensuring both profitability and long-term client satisfaction
- Position Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as key enablers of digital transformation
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored proposals that address client-specific business challenges
- Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to C-level executives
- Leverage and expand relationships within Microsoft account teams, PDMs, and industry leads to maximize co-sell opportunities and incentive programs
- Represent the company within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, strengthening alignment and joint go-to-market efforts
- Responsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions focused on Financial Services
- Understanding of Financial Services and IT quality assurance trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plans
- Understanding of Banking - Retail and Consumer, Financial Services and Insurance Domains
- Collaborate with clients to understand their Financial Services focused IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecasting
Skills
- 10+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience within IT Services or products (Quality Engineering exp, Business Process Outsourcing exp - all a plus)
- 10+ Years of Banking - Retail and Consumer, Financial Services and Insurance Domains
- 7+ Years IT Services Delivery and Solutioning experience
- Strong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and methodologies
