[Remote] Business Development Manager

MRSL Group is a rapidly expanding independent distributor in the electronic components industry, seeking experienced sales professionals to join their global team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving profitable revenue growth across OEM, EMS, and broker accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new customer accounts within the electronic components market
- Source hard-to-find, obsolete, allocated, and excess components
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors
- Negotiate pricing, lead-times, and supply solutions in fast-moving market conditions
- Deliver strong GP performance while managing margin expectations
- Collaborate with global sourcing teams across multiple regions
Skills
- Proven background in electronic components sales
- Strong understanding of open market sourcing strategies
- Track record of generating consistent GP and revenue growth
- Strong commercial negotiation and account management skills
- Experience within independent distribution / broker environments preferred
- Existing customer relationships within OEM, EMS, or broker channels highly desirable
