Social Media Coordinator
Schroeder & Tremayne, Inc. is seeking a TikTok Affiliate Coordinator for VIKING Car Care, a fast-growing automotive appearance brand. The role involves recruiting and managing creator affiliates, executing product campaigns, and driving revenue through partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow VIKING Car Care’s TikTok Shop affiliate program by recruiting, activating, and developing creator partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and creators to maximize engagement, content production, and sales performance
- Identify, research, evaluate, and recruit creators who align with the VIKING brand and target audience
- Conduct daily creator outreach through TikTok Shop, social media platforms, email, and other channels to expand the affiliate network
- Manage affiliate onboarding, product seeding, campaign communications, and ongoing partner support
- Negotiate creator commissions, content deliverables, promotional opportunities, and campaign timelines
- Monitor affiliate and creator performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase revenue, engagement, and program growth
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives to drive TikTok Shop sales
- Track outreach efforts, creator activity, affiliate performance, and campaign results using internal reporting tools and spreadsheets
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with creators, affiliates, agencies, and external partners
- Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, creator best practices, and emerging social commerce opportunities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of TikTok content initiatives in partnership with the TikTok Manager and internal teams
- Assist with product seeding programs, creator content coordination, and fulfillment logistics to ensure successful campaign execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Customer Service teams to support integrated campaigns and product launches
- Monitor TikTok trends, viral content formats, and social commerce best practices to identify growth opportunities
- Track creator content performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and affiliate sales
- Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines to ensure initiatives are completed on time
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and creator-driven marketing
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools to track performance and manage workflows
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making recommendations based on results
