Business Development Representative
NewPoint Media Group is a leading integrated marketing partner for the real estate industry, seeking Business Development Representatives for their Austin office. This entry-level role involves structured training in B2B sales, focusing on prospecting, discovery calls, and closing deals with real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
- Run daily outbound prospecting — calls, texts, and emails — to book meetings with real estate professionals
- Lead discovery calls and product demos to understand what clients need
- Close deals and convert opportunities into signed agreements (yes, you'll be closing, not just setting appointments)
- Work cross-functionally with our Customer Success team to make sure your new clients are set up for success
Skills
- A bachelor's degree (recent and upcoming grads strongly encouraged to apply) — or equivalent hustle
- Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in our Austin office 4 days a week
- No sales experience required
- No CRM experience required
