Sales Development Representative
Speedpoint is a company focused on the performance and specialty automotive industry, providing a Shop Management Platform for automotive shops. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to automotive shop owners and managers
- Qualify prospects and identify strong-fit customers
- Schedule demos for Account Executives
- Manage pipeline and activity in Close CRM
- Follow up via phone, text, and email
- Learn and communicate Speedpoint’s value clearly and confidently
- Work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and improve results
Skills
- Strong communicator, especially on the phone
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Coachable and eager to improve every day
- Demonstrates consistent work ethic and ownership
- Previous sales or SDR experience
- Experience with Close CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Interest in or familiarity with the automotive/performance industry
- Startup experience or comfort in a fast-paced environment
