Customer Services Advisor
Sovereign Network Group is seeking Customer Service Advisors who will be the first point of contact for 140,000 customers. The role involves owning and resolving customer queries while working in a supportive team environment, with opportunities for progression and hybrid working after the initial period.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries
- Work on a rota basis between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- Utilize multiple systems while talking to customers to provide support
- Turn problems into solutions for customer issues
- Connect and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business
Skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to actively listen
- Resilience to handle complex and difficult calls
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to turn a problem into a solution
- Empathy and a passion for helping people
- Ability to connect and communicate with colleagues across the business
- Understanding of what can happen in a home (advantage)
