[Remote] Sales Operations & CRM Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Worldwide is seeking a Sales Operations & CRM Manager to support their Marketing Operations Department. This hybrid role combines CRM administration with strategic research to enhance the sales pipeline and improve lead generation quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Marketing Operations holistically across Salesforce implementations in each of the Project Agencies
- Routine administration, data validation, reports, metrics, and maintenance of instructional resources
- Platform development, feature updates, reports, and automation to improve efficiency
- Enable and optimize existing and new AI features with Salesforce and other Salesforce products (Slack, Tableau)
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency across all records
- Automate workflows to improve sales team productivity
- Support users with training, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and provide reports to relevant agencies on the opportunity(ies)
- Ensure wins and losses are being communicated across the network when relevant
- Conduct and refine AI-powered in-depth research on leads generated by external agencies and global offices
- Enrich new logo opportunities using AI and human intelligence (company profiling, decision-makers, financials, market presence)
- Build structured intelligence reports to support sales outreach
- Collaborate with regional teams to refine lead quality and targeting
Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce administration and sales operations
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in B2B lead qualification
- Familiarity with global markets and industry intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners
- AI fluency
