[Remote] Senior Recruiter, Legal

They are seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to help scale their recruiting operations by sourcing and qualifying top legal talent for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Connect highly qualified legal professionals to incredible in-house opportunities
- Reach out to and interact with prospective candidates to build a talent pipeline to meet current and future clients’ needs for both temporary and permanent legal roles
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate
- Draft candidate summaries and/or presentations highlighting strengths and relevant work experience for client consideration
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gains commitment from candidates for current and/or future job requirements
- Leverage company tools and processes to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of candidate interactions
Skills
- B.A./B.S. required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the legal recruiting field
- A team-player with a high level of integrity and candor
- Someone who believes strongly in leveraging technology to improve efficiency
- Someone who will iterate and improve recruiting processes over time
- Smart, professional, confident, persuasive and resilient
- Superior written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to establish rapport, relationships and credibility with candidates and clients
- J.D. is a plus but not required
- Recruiting experience focused on in-house contract attorney or legal professionals (paralegal, legal operations, legal admins) placement is a plus
