- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve deliverable quality
- Assess outputs for alignment with HR best practices and talent management objectives
Skills
- Strong background in people operations, recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR management
- Expertise in evaluating hiring processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle programs, or HR operations
- Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative documentation platforms
- Ability to assess complex business artifacts with consistency and precision
- Clear written communication and strong analytical judgment
- Experience with recruiting operations, HR programs, organizational development, or workforce analytics
- Exposure to HR systems, talent strategy, or employee experience initiatives
- Advanced academic or professional credentials in HR, business, psychology, or related disciplines
