[Remote] Digital Media Account Manager

Green Line Digital is a marketing technology agency focused on enhancing clients' marketing performance through innovative platforms and automation. The Digital Media Account Manager will support enterprise-level client accounts by managing relationships, providing strategic oversight, analyzing performance data, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with client contacts, establishing trust, respect, and long-term partnerships
- Provide strategic oversight and direction based on performance insights across various channels and campaign types, enabling clients to achieve business growth and improved efficiency
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating the clear exchange of insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze performance data, identify actionable insights, and leverage industry experience to make recommendations
- Monitor project timelines, coordinate tasks across internal teams, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations on schedule
- Continuously ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent delivery of results, aiming for long-term client retention
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a large digital agency environment
- Proven track record managing significant enterprise or global client accounts
- Demonstrated expertise in digital media, including performance analytics across paid search, social media, programmatic display/video, and creative design
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, adept at managing client relationships at senior levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficiency with reporting tools, analytics platforms, CRM software, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite
