[Remote] Head of Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Healthspan is seeking a Head of Growth who is passionate about driving revenue-backed growth through various levers and systems. The role involves owning growth outcomes, executing hands-on initiatives, and building repeatable systems to enhance acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own growth and revenue outcomes end-to-end
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage growth levers
- Run multiple experiments and initiatives concurrently
- Build repeatable systems, not one-off tactics
- Execute personally and move fast
- Design and run revenue-oriented growth experiments end-to-end
- Write copy for pages, ads, content, and outbound
- Ship quickly, measure impact, and iterate
- Cold-reach out to high-value people in the longevity ecosystem
- Juggle multiple growth initiatives at once without dropping execution quality
Skills
- 6–10+ years in growth, marketing, or operator roles
- Direct experience scaling marketing at a startup
- Impactfully helped scale revenue (not just traffic or engagement)
- Proven ability to run multiple growth initiatives simultaneously
- Experience delegating work and operating within project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong narrative and writing ability
- Comfortable operating across strategy and execution
- Highly autonomous and outcome-oriented
- Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Health, longevity, biotech, fintech, or SaaS background
- Experience in trust-based or regulated markets
- Deep curiosity about human performance and health
