[Remote] Technical Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance and employee health solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their HR team. In this role, you will partner with IT leadership to attract and hire top IT talent, manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source through Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter for open IT positions
• Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Prescreen candidates to determine potential fit and educate about the company, role and team
• Work as a strategic partner to IT leaders regarding job descriptions, interview process and offer details
• Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking open and filled roles

Skills

• 3+ years of experience recruiting technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) is a must
• Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, onboarding etc
• Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a positive candidate experience
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Phenom or similar
• Organizational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail
