[Remote] Ad Growth Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Megaphone TV is a leader in interactive sponsorships, trusted by major broadcasters. They are seeking a dynamic advertising professional to help broadcasters unlock new revenue streams through interactive campaigns, acting as a tactical advisor to sales teams and managing various aspects of project implementation and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead broadcast sales teams in conceptualizing, pitching, and executing sponsorship campaigns
- Advocate for feature adoption and execute customer success strategies
- Brainstorm ideas for sponsorship campaigns or editorial segments
- Drive renewals, referrals, leads, and business growth for Megaphone TV through consistent follow-up
- Create pitch decks, campaign mockups, and configure them in Megaphone Studio
- Schedule and manage production tasks
- Provide creative direction and oversight for Megaphone’s internal design team
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance
- Deliver real-time email and phone troubleshooting
- Review and refine sponsorship workflows and define agency services
- Collaborate with design and customer success teams to optimize interactive mockups
- Work with business development and product teams to enhance existing offerings and create new products
Skills
- Customer-facing experience in broadcast sales, support, or production—you must “speak TV ad sales” fluently
- Relevant titles include: Account Executive, Sales Manager, Digital Sales Manager, Promotions Producer, Creative Services Producer, Marketing Manager, Client Success Manager, Integrated Marketing Specialist, Ad Operations Specialist, Sponsorship Coordinator, Station Promotions Manager, Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Coordinator

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Mac/Windows, office software (Google Docs, Excel, CRMs)
