[Remote] Senior Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant to manage user access governance, lifecycle management, and incident resolution while ensuring compliance with audit requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage periodic user access recertifications through SailPoint
• Ensure compliance with access governance policies and audit requirements
• Review and validate access rights across systems
• Handle end-to-end IAM lifecycle including: Access provisioning, Deprovisioning, Role modifications
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of access data
• Support resolution of access-related incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings
• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure of incidents
• Execute BAU activities for IAM operations
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, offboarding, and access changes
• Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders
• Participate in audit reviews, quality assurance checks, and remediation activities
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Perform data cleanup and validation activities
• Support data analysis initiatives as part of a large banking transformation program
• Work on improving data quality and governance standards

Skills

• Experience: 4–9 Years
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ or IdentityNow)
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, access governance, SoD, etc.)
• Experience in access certification and lifecycle management
• Experience in handling incidents, audits, and compliance requirements
• Good analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• Exposure to banking / financial services domain preferred
