[Remote] Founding Business Development Rep (AI Cloud US/CA)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Featherless AI is building a reliable open-model inference platform for deploying and scaling AI. They are seeking a founding Business Development Rep who is both technical and entrepreneurial, focusing on building a pipeline and managing relationships in the AI space.
Responsibilities
- Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
- Manage inbound requests through chat and email
- Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
- Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
- Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders
- Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
- Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
- Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities
Skills
- Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
- Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
- AI power user
- Excellent written and verbal communication in english — concise, credible, human
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done
