[Remote] Senior Account manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of accounts focused on retention, renewals, and upselling strategies
• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further engagement and growth
• Utilizing sales tools and insights to prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and drive performance
• Collaborating with various internal teams to create tailored proposals and ensure successful campaign execution
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts

Skills

• A proven background in account management, particularly in retaining and expanding existing client accounts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
• Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
• A proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• You're AI savvy, previous experience of Claude is an added bonus
