[Remote] Financial Customer Service Professional
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Austin & Associates Inc is a company focused on transforming the financial industry through innovative thought and problem-solving. They are seeking a Financial Customer Service Professional who will work closely with Financial Advisors to assist clients in achieving their long-term financial goals while receiving comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities
- Shadow current Financial Advisors
- Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- You'll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
Skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of finance and investment services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Clean background
- MUST reside in the United States
- MUST be 18 or older
- Experience in financial services or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Series 6 or 63 licenses is a plus, but not required
