[Remote] Account Manager

The role involves being a trusted advisor and strategic partner for clients, ensuring their success through strong relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, guiding them from implementation through their lifecycle
• Collaborate with team leadership to identify client challenges and develop strategic solutions using Sisu's capabilities
• Partner with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Development) to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Proactively manage client escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive product enhancements and innovations
• Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom and in person, showcasing your expertise
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Analyze data, create insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and drive client adoption
• Represent Sisu with professionalism and expertise
• Travel a minimum of once per quarter to build strong client relationships

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success)
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), ticketing systems (Intercom, JIRA), and G Suite
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus (but not required)
