Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Guide clients through benefit options and support enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
- Recruit, mentor, and support team members
- Set performance expectations and track progress
- Lead team meetings, coaching sessions, and development calls
- Promote a culture of accountability and growth
Skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based computer with webcam
- Experience in leadership, management, or client-facing roles
