[Remote] Senior Program Finance Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leidos is an industry and technology leader serving government and commercial customers, and they are seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the IFPC Program within the Indirect Fires and Force Protection Business Area. The role involves partnering with program managers and functional leaders to drive financial performance, manage program financials, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and presentation of financial forecasts, reports and analysis
• Lead weekly, month, and quarterly EAC presentations/discussions with PM, DPM, and IPT leads
• Lead preparation of weekly and month staffing presentations for the WFOV portfolio
• Assist Program Managers and IPT leads quantify identified programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk
• Assist Program Managers and IPT leads explain variances against their latest EAC
• Support F&BO Manager with financial forecasting, EACs; monthly CTTP estimates, quarterly forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Support F&BO Manager with month-end closings and variance/trend analyses
• Support F&BO Manager with cash management and inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline and 8+ years of program finance related experience
• Prior defense contracting industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts
• Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
• Knowledge of financial systems and applications such as: Cost Point, Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, and Cost Point
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word
