[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking two experienced Full Stack Engineers to support the expansion of a Claims Assist Manager platform. The role involves building scalable features and enhancing core UI capabilities, with significant contributions to both front-end and back-end development in a modern cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the expansion of a Claims Assist Manager platform, focused on building scalable features and enhancing core UI capabilities
• Involve in significant front-end foundational work while also contributing to backend services and API development to enable scalability across multiple business lines
• Work within a modern cloud-based environment leveraging AI-assisted development tools and play a key role in building out new capabilities that support data processing and documentation workflows

Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong React experience (UI development and scalable front-end architecture)
• Backend development with Python and/or Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI
• Cloud experience with GCP
• Version control and CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions (no Jenkins)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable with hands-on coding assessments
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)
• Exposure to AI-driven platforms or tools supporting data/documentation processing
