[Remote] Senior Account Executive, Mortgage
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SocialCoach is a compliance-first social media and social selling platform built for enterprise mortgage. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to carry a quota and close enterprise deals with mortgage marketing leaders, leveraging existing networks and attending industry conferences to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Carry a quota and close enterprise deals with mortgage marketing leaders
- Work your existing network from day one. We're not hiring you to build relationships from scratch, we're hiring you because you already have them
- Run the conference circuit. You'll be at the events where our buyers are, including our own Mortgage Marketer conference. You'll come back with pipeline, not just a lanyard collection
- Own the full cycle: source, qualify, run the room, build the business case for marketing, and close
- Be the voice of the buyer internally. What you hear in the field shapes what we build and how we position
Skills
- 6 to 10 years selling into mortgage, ideally with marketing as your primary buyer
- You come directly from the mortgage world. You speak the language, you know the players, and you don't need a glossary to talk LOS, compliance, or recruiting and retention
- Relationship-first by nature. You close because people trust you, not because you out-emailed everyone
- You genuinely like being out there. Conferences, dinners, the floor. Travel isn't a tax on this job, it's where you do your best work
- You can build a marketing leader's business case in your sleep, tying social distribution to pipeline and production
- Comfortable owning a real quota with real upside
