The Wall Street Quants is looking for a full-time Street Interview Content Creator to help build a media brand in quantitative finance and high-performance careers. The role involves creating engaging street-interview content that attracts views across various social media platforms, interviewing finance professionals and aspiring quants.

Responsibilities

• Go into the real world and create engaging street-interview content that attracts millions of views across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Interview quantitative traders, software engineers, finance professionals, students, aspiring quants, and everyday people interested in careers, money, investing, compensation, and success
• Develop concepts for content, film content, analyze performance, and help grow the brand

Skills

• MUST BE LOCATED NEAR MANHATTAN OR MIAMI
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods
• Highly outgoing and able to confidently approach strangers
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Strong understanding of social media content trends
• Ability to identify compelling stories and interesting personalities
• Willingness to travel for filming opportunities
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Interest in finance, investing, technology, economics, or business
• Ability to consistently create content at a high volume
• Prior experience creating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or street-interview content
• Journalism, media, communications, marketing, or content creation background
• Existing social media audience
• Experience interviewing professionals or conducting public interviews
• Knowledge of quantitative finance, trading, investment banking, software engineering, or related fields
