[Remote] Mechanical Engineering Professionals (Manufacturing / Product / Industrial)

The roles target engineers ready to own complex mechanical systems and cross-functional delivery, focusing on responsibilities such as leading mechanical design and supporting manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design, equipment selection, and system integration
- Develop and maintain drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Drive root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement
- Support manufacturing processes: tooling, fixtures, automation, and throughput optimization
- Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and production leadership
Skills
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 7-15+ years in manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments
- CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD-role dependent)
- Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and design for manufacturability
- Leadership/mentorship capability preferred
