[Remote] Industrial Engineering & Operational Excellence Professionals

The role focuses on leading continuous improvement programs and enhancing operational efficiency through various methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, VSM, 5S)
- Analyze workflows, capacity, labor standards, and production planning impacts
- Improve quality, cycle times, safety outcomes, and OEE
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for operations leadership
- Support facility layout, line balancing, and process redesign initiatives
Skills
- BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 7-15+ years in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations
- Proven Lean/Six Sigma capability (certification a plus)
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel; Power BI a plus)
- Strong leadership and change management capability
