[Remote] Associate Software Engineer, AI Automation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KIBO is a composable digital commerce platform that simplifies business complexities for B2C, D2C, and B2B organizations. They are seeking an Associate Software Engineer (AI Automation) to build AI-powered automation tools that enhance business operations and deliver impactful software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production features across the full stack for internal web applications
• Prototype new automation ideas and iterate based on validation from real users
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to translate complex workflows into software
• Develop a deep technical and operational understanding of the KIBO platform to build better automations
• Contribute to critical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and project prioritization

Skills

• Strong fluency in at least one or two programming languages with a focus on technical fundamentals
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new platforms deeply
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in learning how business operations function
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to maintain progress without complete information
• Excellent written communication skills suited for a cross-functional, remote-friendly environment
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, or LLM APIs and agentic AI workflows
• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
