[Remote] Regional Marketing Manager - North America

Productsup is a company looking for an experienced Freelance Marketing Manager to support their Berlin-based Senior Marketing Manager for the North American market. This part-time role involves executing integrated marketing programs, creating localized campaigns, and driving pipeline conversion through online and in-person events.


Responsibilities

  • Get to know the marketing and sales teams and your main stakeholders; develop a strong understanding of the goals and initiatives that are key to success in the North American region
  • Support building and executing high-impact localized campaigns and events for the North American market in partnership with key stakeholders to achieve KPIs, with a focus on pipeline generation and account expansion for our sales team
  • Maintain and track event calendars, project plans, and reports, and communicate updates and results to relevant teams and management
  • Align North American marketing initiatives with the various central marketing resources: corporate communications, marketing programs, digital/social, and design
  • Report the pipeline targets (MQL, SAL, SQL, opportunities) and brand awareness metrics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and event feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Skills

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Degree in marketing, corporate communications, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in event management is a must
  • Work independently and be able to plan and deliver against hard deadlines while managing several projects in an effective manner
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Tech-savvy and data-focused with a solid understanding of the online marketing and/or ecommerce industries
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in organizing retail, marketing, or tech events, like Shoptalk, NRF, eTail, etc
  • Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Qlik, and Salesforce) is a plus
