[Remote] Business Development Manager

Injury Bridge is a rapidly growing virtual healthcare services platform that partners with healthcare providers and law firms nationwide. They are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to expand relationships with law firms in designated markets, focusing on building and growing partnerships and delivering long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with law firms within your assigned territory
- Leverage existing industry relationships to drive early engagement and business development
- Identify and develop new opportunities through outreach, networking, and market presence
- Monthly firm-referred exam targets, reported across our full scorecard
- Manage the full relationship lifecycle from initial engagement through ongoing account growth including support in collection
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for partners and clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity within CRM tools
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to meet or exceed performance goals
Skills
- Prior experience in personal injury (PI) sales, legal services, or a related field is strongly preferred
- An existing network or book of business within the PI community is highly valued
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management roles
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a field-based environment
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
