[Remote] Senior Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Consultant

Yorkshire Global Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Consultant to support their utilization management workflows. The role involves configuration, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Epic Tapestry solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic Tapestry configuration/build to support Utilization Management workflows
• Support end-to-end system testing, including: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop and execute test scripts and validation scenarios for Tapestry functionality
• Validate configuration changes and ensure proper system performance before deployment
• Work with business stakeholders to translate UM requirements into system design
• Support defect resolution, troubleshooting, and production support activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, testing teams) during implementations and enhancements
• Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and testing processes

• Perform Epic Tapestry configuration/build to support Utilization Management workflows

• Epic Tapestry Certification (REQUIRED – non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience with: Configuration / build within Epic Tapestry, System testing (UAT, QA, integration testing)
• Strong experience working in a Managed Care environment
• Direct experience supporting Utilization Management workflows
• Experience supporting full lifecycle Epic implementations or enhancements
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with: Tapestry referrals or UM-related implementations
• Revenue cycle integration points
• Exposure to: Workflow documentation and optimization
• Managed care operations or payer systems
• Prior experience in large health systems or enterprise Epic environments
