[Remote] Channel Marketing Manager - Construction / Building Products - Remote

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is a recruitment organization seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation products. The role involves leading distributor marketing programs, driving market demand, and enhancing partner engagement across North America.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to distributors, dealers, and channel partners across North America
- Develop and execute channel marketing programs that increase demand and market penetration within the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction sectors
- Support distributor digital marketing efforts including websites, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and local campaigns
- Create sales enablement tools, presentations, collateral, and marketing assets that help distributors win business with architects, schools, municipalities, and commercial customers
- Train distributor teams on marketing programs, brand standards, and campaign execution
- Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and distributor meetings
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue growth
- Measure channel marketing effectiveness and optimize programs based on performance metrics
Skills
- Min. 7+ years of Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Distributor Marketing, or B2B Marketing experience
- Experience supporting distributor, dealer, representative, or channel partner networks
- Industry experience within one or more of the following: Building Products, Architectural Products, Site Furnishings & Amenities, Parks & Recreation, Outdoor Recreation Equipment, Construction, Landscape Products, Municipal/Government Markets and Education/K-12 Markets
- Strong understanding of specification-driven sales environments involving architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, schools, and government agencies
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and channel partner programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
