[Remote] Appointment Setter - (Legal Services)

Pavago is a growing U.S.-based company seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to engage attorneys and law firms, qualify interest, and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team. This role focuses on conducting outbound outreach, building relationships with decision-makers, and maintaining organized CRM records to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms
- Introduce services and initiate meaningful conversations
- Ask targeted questions to: Understand business needs, Qualify interest
- Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
- Build rapport with professional, high-value prospects
- Maintain consistent outreach activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
- Ensure prospects are: Properly informed, Prepared for meetings
- Coordinate calendars and scheduling availability
- Maintain clear communication regarding next steps and follow-ups
- Execute structured follow-up sequences
- Keep prospects engaged across longer sales cycles
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Continue outreach until: A meeting is booked, or A clear decision is reached
- Maintain strong persistence without losing professionalism
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems such as: HubSpot, Salesforce
- Track: Outreach activity, Lead status, Appointments booked, Follow-up progress
- Ensure all communication and activity is fully documented
- Maintain clean and organized pipeline data
- Conduct outbound outreach to attorneys and legal professionals
- Engage and qualify prospects
- Handle objections and answer questions
- Follow up consistently with active leads
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Update CRM systems and track pipeline activity
