[Remote] Commercial Lines Account Manager

Summit Bridge Partners is a well-established independent insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a growing book of small business clients. This client-facing role involves full account ownership and focuses on building relationships while providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts throughout the full policy lifecycle
- Handle renewals, remarketing efforts, endorsements, and policy changes
- Prepare proposals and assist with binding coverage
- Issue certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, and related policy documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and virtual meetings
- Partner with producers to support new business opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Ability to independently manage a book of business
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and workflow
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Experience using an Agency Management System (any platform)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain shortly after hire
