Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior leaders to craft bold HR strategies that drive business success
- Building strong ties with Operations
- Resolving employee challenges
- Championing compliance with wage/hour laws, FMLA, and ADA
- Leading dynamic training sessions
- Managing performance evaluations
- Fueling talent acquisition through hiring events and compelling job descriptions
- Tackling HR Hotline calls
- Conducting investigations
- Shaping policies that empower teams
Skills
- 5 years of HR generalist experience (or a bachelor's + 3 years)
- Sharp MS Office skills
- Passion for building relationships
- Delivering engaging presentations
- Driving results
- HRIS experience
- SHRM PHR certification
