[Remote] Recruiter II
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPITEC is a company seeking a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting for Analytics and Program/Project Management roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to attract and evaluate top talent, while also assisting other business areas as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Assess candidates for Analytics roles (including SQL/Python) and Program/Project Management positions
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and recommend top candidates
- Extend offers and support onboarding and relocation as needed
- Stay current on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Analytics (SQL/Python) and/or Program/Project Management hiring preferred
