[Remote] Senior AI Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kake is seeking a Senior AI Product Designer who will take work from concept to a finished product, focusing on designing digital experiences, including AI-powered products. The role involves strong product instincts and the ability to make independent design decisions while leveraging AI development tools.
Responsibilities
- Take design ownership on client projects — defining navigation, layout logic, and interaction behavior from the first brief to the final release
- Leverage AI coding tools to turn design decisions into functional, testable products rather than static deliverables
- Run implementation solo on smaller projects; coordinate with engineering leads when the scope requires it
- Represent your work clearly in front of clients and internal teams, maintaining quality without losing momentum
- Observe what's working and what's breaking in AI-assisted workflows, and bring those findings back to the team developing the tooling
Skills
- Professional background in Product Design in client facing environments
- Solid background with UX and UI principles
- Proven use of AI coding tools to produce real, working products
- Good understanding of frontend development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- US Timezone Overlap: 6 hours PST (GMT -8)
