Responsibilities
- Assist customers primarily by phone, sometimes via chat, regarding medical device product
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the product
- Document each interaction into the CRM accurately
Skills
- 1 year+ of customer service / call center experience
- Must have dependable internet service
- Patience, empathy, and communication are key
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with electronic documentation systems, HIPAA environments, and troubleshooting support is ideal
- Fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
