AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions is seeking a remote Interim Pharmacy Channel Strategy and Services Consultant to lead clinical content and workflows for home infusion enablement with partner health systems. The role involves business case development, operational assessments, and process improvement planning.

Responsibilities

• The Interim Pharmacy Channel Strategy and Services Consultant is the clinical content and workflow lead for all home infusion enablement engagements with partner health systems
• Responsible for business case development, implementation planning, referral and operational workflows and serves as the key clinical point of contact for each partner health system
• This leader will focus on ongoing initiatives including operation assessments with clients, summarizing data, strategic planning, building processes and procedures (SOPs), and infusion services
• This position will evaluate current department leaders, determine gaps, and suggest a process improvement plan for department organization structure
• They will also work to determine a plan to stabilize their workforce

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy is required
• Must have recent Infusion experience
• Licensed Pharmacist is required
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Someone who lives on the East coast is preferred
