[Remote] Business Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CTC is a certified implementation and consulting partner of Workday, delivering end-to-end solutions across Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Analytics. They are seeking an experienced Workday Sales Professional to drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by selling Workday implementation and post-production support services
- Build and manage pipeline for Workday HCM, Financials, Adaptive Planning, and related solutions
- Collaborate closely with Workday direct sales teams and alliance managers
- Develop account strategies and executive-level relationships
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
- Conduct client presentations, solution positioning, and value articulation
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates
- Represent the organization in Workday partner events and industry forums
Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise software / SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years selling Workday services within a Workday Partner organization
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials
- Experience working in a co-sell motion with Workday sales teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Existing relationships within the Workday ecosystem
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Understanding of cloud transformation programs
- MBA or relevant business degree
