[Remote] Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will drive strategy and execution from product conception to launch, ensuring alignment across global teams and maximizing sales through effective category leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the category — pricing, positioning, competitive landscape, portfolio architecture, and roadmap — translating consumer and market insights into strategies that drive rate of sale
• Champion the consumer in every decision
• Drive end-to-end readiness across packaging, detail pages, and retail surfaces
• Lead global launch programs from brief to market, coordinating across IMC, creative, media, social, PR, SEM, CRM, and retail

Skills

• 8+ years of marketing experience in CPG or consumer products
• Experience owning roadmap, pricing, portfolio strategy, and retail readiness
• Proven track record in product commercialization and global launch execution
• Strong creative strategy, claims development, and consumer insights experience
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Local to Needham MA HQ, we are on site 3x a week (No relocation support)
• MBA preferred
